We are looking for Financial Accountants to join our team in Tbilisi. The role involves managing financial reconciliations, reviewing expenses, and preparing regular financial reports for a cryptocurrency trading platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Reconcile financial transactions and balances across the platform's products, including Spot Trading, Earn, Stock Trading, and Futures/Contract Trading.
• Review transaction records and internal financial data to ensure that balances and recorded amounts are accurate.
• Identify and investigate discrepancies between transaction reports, account balances, and financial records.
• Review operational expenses, payment requests, and supporting documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Check that expenses and payments are properly recorded and follow internal procedures.
• Prepare weekly and monthly financial reports, including reconciliation results, expense summaries, and outstanding discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation.
• Work with internal teams to resolve reconciliation issues and clarify transaction differences.
• Assist in improving reconciliation procedures and financial reporting processes.

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Experience in cryptocurrency exchange;
• Good command of English and Georgian languages
• Previous experience in accounting, financial operations, or transaction reconciliation.
• Good understanding of financial reconciliation, expense verification, and reporting processes.
• Strong Excel skills and experience working with financial data.
• Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
• ACCA, CPA, CIMA, or equivalent professional certification is an advantage.
• Knowledge of IFRS and Georgian accounting regulations is a plus.
